Ring Care
A little love goes a long way
Your ring was made to be worn every day to small reminder you to to pause, breathe, and remember you are enough. With a little thoughtful care, it can keep bringing comfort and beauty to your everyday moments.
Care for it softly, and it will keep showing up for you.
Because rings often come in contact with water, skincare, and other surfaces so often, they see more wear than most jewelry. The kindest thing you can do is give yours a few peaceful moments of rest throughout the day.
The Golden Rule
Let your ring be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off
Apply any beauty products on and them dry fully before your ring goes on. At night, take it off before you wash your face or shower. This one habit protects it from buildup, moisture, and early wear.
Everyday Care
Five gentle habits
Keep it away from personal-care products
Try not to wear your ring when applying lotion, moisturizer, sunscreen, perfume, body spray, hairspray, hair oil, makeup, hand sanitizer, or nail polish remover. These can leave a film, dull the shine, or slowly affect the finish. With hand sanitizer, slip the ring off first and let your hands dry fully before putting it back on.
Remove it before washing
A splash now and then is fine, but your ring shouldn't be regularly soaked. Take it off before washing your hands, showering, washing your hair, doing dishes, cleaning, swimming, or using a hot tub or sauna. Chlorine and salt water are especially harsh, so always set it somewhere safe before a pool, ocean, or lake.
Let it rest during activity
Don't wear it when doing things that involve high pressure or friction. This includes weightlifting, hiking, gardening, moving furniture, or crafts with glue or paint. Equipment can scratch or bend an adjustable ring, and sweat leaves behind salt and residue.
Take it off before bed
Overnight, a ring can catch on blankets, clothing, or hair, and adjustable bands can take on unnecessary pressure. Making sure you remove it before your bedtime gives both you and your ring a moment to rest.
Protect it from knocks and scratches
Even durable jewelry deserves gentle handling. Be mindful around metal handles, stone counters, keys, tools, and other jewelry, and try not to tap the ring against hard surfaces while fidgeting. Small impacts add up into scratches and can slowly affect its shape.

The I Am Enough Ring
An open design that gently adjusts for a comfortable fit.
Clean it dry. Wipe the whole surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, paying attention to the inside of the band where oils gather. A mild dry polish is usually all it needs.
Don't soak it. Keep it out of water, cleaning solutions, and soapy water, and never apply soap or shower gel directly to it.
Adjust slowly. Take it off, hold both sides of the band, and apply slow, even pressure a little at a time. Once it fits, try to keep it there, frequent bending stresses the metal.
Hold the band. When putting it on or off, never pull on the lettering or open ends, as that can distort its shape.
The Fidget Beads Ring
A gentle design with smooth moving beads for quiet fidgeting.
Clean around the beads. Wipe the band with a dry microfiber cloth, rotating each bead as you go and using a corner of the cloth between the beads. Never use pins or metal tools, which can scratch or jam the movement.
Fidget gently. Roll the beads calmly with your thumb. Don't pull, twist sideways, bite, or spin them with force. Think of it as a soft, grounding ritual, not a stress test.
Adjust the band. When resizing, work the main band rather than pulling near the beads, then leave it at your comfiest fit.
Storing
A safe place to rest
Keep your ring somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight, bathroom humidity, heat vents, and damp surfaces. A bedroom drawer or jewelry box is far kinder than a bathroom.
Store each ring in its own pouch or compartment so pieces don't scratch one another, and make sure it's completely dry first. Avoid leaving it loose in a bag, pocket, or dish, where scratches are far more likely.
Traveling
A safe place on the journey
Use a small, structured jewelry case and keep the ring in its own compartment. Don't carry it loose in checked luggage or beside keys and coins
Keep it away from leaking toiletries and take it off for hotel pools, spas, and gyms, and check the bedding and counters before you leave the room. A little ring pouch in your personal bag makes it all easier.
Please Avoid
What not to clean it with
Many online cleaning "hacks" are too harsh for coated jewelry. Please keep these away from your ring:
- Toothpaste
- Baking soda
- Bleach
- Vinegar
- Alcohol
- Acetone
- Nail polish remover
- Household sprays
- Silver dip
- Metal polish
- Abrasive paste
- Rough paper towels
- Scrubbing pads
- Hard brushes
- Ultrasonic cleaners
- Steam cleaners
When in doubt, choose the safest option: a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Your Care Ritual
A simple rhythm
After wearing
A quick wipe with a soft cloth to lift away oils, moisture, and fingerprints.
Once a week
A look over it. Make sure that the band holds its shape, the ends stay even, and the beads move freely with no residue.
Once a month
A careful dry clean under good light. A lovely moment to pause with the words, take a breath, and return to the present.
